Built for the businesses banks overlook.
A loan consultancy built out of a simple, recurring pattern: good businesses running into capital problems that a strategist can see coming but a spreadsheet alone can't fix.
Why SkyLight exists.
I didn't start in lending. I started in business — running companies, advising owners, watching capital become the invisible ceiling that stopped good ideas from becoming great ones.
After decades of seeing the same pattern repeat, I built SkyLight to be the resource I wished those business owners had: someone who understands both sides of the table and can translate between a lender's requirements and a business owner's reality.
We're not a bank. We're not a direct lender. We're the people who know the landscape, know the players, and know how to position your business to get the capital it deserves.
Lynn Driver
President/CEO, The SkyLight Group
Lynn Driver brings four decades of business strategy, operations, and financial advisory experience to every client engagement. She has worked with businesses across industries — from early-stage startups to established mid-market companies — helping them navigate growth, transition, and capital challenges.
Her background spans executive leadership, business consulting, and commercial finance, giving her a perspective that few lending consultants can match: she understands what lenders need to see and what business owners are actually trying to accomplish.
Lynn founded The SkyLight Group to provide business owners with the kind of honest, experienced guidance that turns a capital challenge into a solved problem.
